Quality and cost:
Your beef will be supreme quality, aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness.
Your cost for 400 lbs is $3940 plus Idaho State sales tax of 6%. Your pre-paid deposit is taken off your final invoice.

$3940-$800 (pre-paid deposit) = $3140 (final invoice) + Idaho sales tax
If your full ‘share’ does not equal 400 lbs, we will reduce your final invoice accordingly by $9.85 per lb it is short.
Freezer space required:
Approximately 15-16 cubic ft. Ideal for folks that eat beef regularly.
