Our half ‘share’ of grassfed/grain finished beef is comprised of:

  • 50% Ground Beef

  • 25% Steaks

  • 25% Ribs and Roasts

You Will Receive:

  • Ground beef (85-88% meat, 12-15% fat)(1.5 lb packages)

  • Roasts (ARM POT roast, Chuck, Rump & Sirloin Tip) (Size 3-4 lbs)

  • Steaks

    • T-Bone, bone-in Ribeye, Sirloin, Flank and Skirt

    • (Note the T-bone cut includes New York Strip and Filet)

  • Short Ribs

  • 1/2 Brisket

  • 1 Tri-Tip

  • Carne asada

  • Stew meat

  • Soup bones (optional)

Quality and cost: Your all natural Angus beef will be supreme quality, aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Your cost for 240 lbs is $2340 plus Idaho State sales tax of 6%. Your pre-paid deposit is taken off your final invoice.

If your half ‘share’ does not equal 240 lbs, we will reduce your final invoice by $9.75 per lb it is short of 240 lbs.
